These protein balls are my favorite snack and so easy to take on the-go! They have simple ingredients and also be easily modified depending on what you have on hand. I make a batch of these about every week and it takes about 10 minutes to whip together!

Why are protein balls are great snack? 

Other than containing protein, these protein balls are also full of fiber, and healthy fats! So they are a great snack that is made with whole foods, will keep you full and even satisfy your sweet tooth! 


Ingredients:

- 1 1/2 cup organic oats

- 2 scoops of protein powder

- 1 cup peanut butter

- 1/4 cup organic raw honey

- 1 tbsp chia seeds

- 1 tbsp of flax seeds

- 1 tbsp coconut flakes

- Handful of cacao nibs or chocolate chips

Instructions:

1. Mix all ingredients together in a bowl

2. Shape into balls

3. Refrigerate for about 2 hours

4. Enjoy!!
