Hello friends! My name is Megan Moser and I am so passionate about health and wellness. I love to live my life as organically as possible. This includes eating whole foods, using clean non-toxic products, meditation/prayer, and daily movement. I haven’t always been this way though, within the last couple of years, I have been going through my own health journey with mold toxicity. This turned my life upside down and has challenged me to slow down and look at how I can heal my body and feel like the healthiest version of myself.
