Ingredients for Granola
Dry Ingredients:
- 1 ½ cups organic oats (I used bobsredmill GF oats)
- 2 scoops of vanilla or chocolate protein powder (I used Just Ingredients vanilla protein - use code organicmeg10 for 10% off!)
- 1 cup organic peanut butter (just peanuts and salt)
- ¼ cup organic raw honey or organic maple syrup
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp flax seeds
- Handful of cacao nibs or chocolate chips (I used enjoylife chocolate chips)
You could also add in coconut flakes for extra healthy fats!
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
- Shape into balls
- Refrigerate for about 2 hours
- Eat and enjoy!
This recipe makes about 15-20 balls depending on how big or small you make them!
